Baue dir dein persönliches Inventar, behalte jederzeit den Überblick und entscheide selbst, wem du was anvertraust. Dabei gilt ein zentrales Prinzip: Deine Daten gehören dir.

Globale GTIN-Datenbank

Füge in sekundenschnelle Items in dein Inventar, indem Du den Barcode (GTIN/EAN) scannst. Entscheide dann mit einem Klick, ob Du das Item global publizieren möchtest.

Datenschutz by Design

Datenschutz ist bei fljota.network kein Feature – sondern die Grundlage. Authentifizierung mit Auth0 (Okta) Die Anmeldung erfolgt über Auth0 von Okta (Datenschutzerklärung ). Passwortlose Anmeldung per Social Login Schneller, sicherer Einstieg ohne neue Zugangsdaten Übertragen werden ausschließlich: eine eindeutige User-ID deine E-Mail-Adresse Vor- und Nachname Wir speichern keine weiteren personenbezogenen Daten. Die User-ID wird ausschließlich genutzt, um dich innerhalb der PWA zu adressieren – z. B. für Push-Benachrichtigungen auf deinem Endgerät. Auth0 setzt ein essenzielles Cookie, um deinen Login aufrechtzuerhalten. Darüber hinaus arbeitet fljota.network vollständig cookielos.

Lokale Speicherung statt Cloud-Zwang

Dein Inventar und deine Leihverträge werden lokal gespeichert: 📂 IndexedDB & LocalStorage 🔒 Nur dein aktueller Browser hat Zugriff ☁️ Keine zentrale Datenbank für deine Items 🚫 Kein Profiling, cookieloses Tracking mit umami Was auf deinem Gerät liegt, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

Peer-to-Peer statt Zwischenserver

Für die Übertragung von Daten zwischen Endgeräten nutzen wir WebRTC: 🔄 Direkte Peer-to-Peer-Verbindung 📡 Daten fließen von Gerät zu Gerät 🗄️ Keine Zwischenspeicherung auf unseren Servern So bleiben deine Daten dort, wo sie hingehören – bei dir und deinem Gegenüber.

fljota.network is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and a decentralized application (dApp) for a better universe. Instead of letting things sit around unused, you can catalog them digitally, manage them, and lend them safely – to friends, acquaintances, or even people you have not met before. Build your personal inventory, keep an overview at all times, and decide for yourself whom you entrust with what. One core principle applies: your data belongs to you.

Global GTIN database

Add items to your inventory in seconds by scanning the barcode (GTIN/EAN). Then decide with one click if you want to publish the item globally.

Privacy by design

Privacy is not a feature of fljota.network – it is the foundation. Authentication with Auth0 (Okta) Login is handled via Auth0 by Okta (privacy policy ). Passwordless sign-in via social login Fast, secure onboarding without creating new credentials We only transfer: a unique user ID your email address first and last name We do not store any additional personal data. The user ID is only used to address you within the PWA – e.g. for push notifications on your device. Auth0 sets an essential cookie to keep you logged in. Apart from that, fljota.network operates completely without cookies.

Local storage instead of forced cloud

Your inventory and lending contracts are stored locally: 📂 IndexedDB & LocalStorage 🔒 Only your current browser has access ☁️ No central database for your items 🚫 No profiling, privacy-friendly tracking with umami What lives on your device, stays on your device.

Peer-to-peer instead of middlemen

For transferring data between devices we use WebRTC: 🔄 Direct peer-to-peer connection 📡 Data flows from device to device 🗄️ No intermediate storage on our servers This keeps your data where it belongs – with you and the person you share with.
